Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Admin@balancingmd.com.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement for products that arrive damaged or were shipped incorrectly. Supporting photographs and order details may be required for review.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping, billing, and contact information is accurate at the time of purchase. Balancing MD is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Memberships & Subscriptions

If Balancing MD offers memberships or recurring subscriptions:
You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.
Payments already processed are non-refundable.
Access remains available until the end of the active subscription period.
